Smartfood Selects, you seriously are missing out if you haven't tried these

I am a BzzAgent, I know you know this because I blog about BzzAgent a lot. I got the opportunity to try out  Smartfood Selects for free. This product is amazing. The flavors are natural made with real herbs and spices. My all time favorite is the Buffalo Cheddar Popcorn. To die for! If you like popcorn you have got to try this!! Filippo Berio Olive Oil

As most of you know I am a BzzAgent. I get to to test out products for free and report to  the masses my thoughts, etc. on the products. It is so fun! My newest campaign is for Filippo Berio Olive Oil. I use olive oil to cook, from frying to baking, it goes in everything that I make. I love to take herbs and mix with oil then dip bread in the oil. Yum! Did you know that part of a balanced diet you need fat to help you absorb nutrients? We tend to think of fat as bad but not all fat is bad, especially the kind in Filippo Berio Olive Oil. I am no health expert but I suspect you have heard of good fats and bad fats. Filippo Berio Olive Oil contains the monosaturated fats, which are good fats! (Stay away from trans fats, and saturated fats.) Monosaturated fats can help reduce bad cholesterol while boosting good cholesterol. So besides tasting good, it can be a healthy part of your diet to include olive oil. My BzzKit just shipped yesterday and I can't wait to see what is included in the kit so I can share with you! I am smarterer than you..haha. No seriously. So, have you checked smarterer yet?
